Orders placed online are typically processed within 3-5 weeks pending stock availability. Operating Instructions
It is recommended to pay attention to the following elements so that you can use your carpet, which has been carefully produced for you, for many years with the elegance and beauty of its first day.
General use
Your carpet should not be under direct sun light.
It should be swept with the brushless ends of the vacuum cleaner.
Stain Removal
If something spills on your carpet, action must be taken very quickly.
In such cases, first, the excess liquid should be absorbed by delicately applying a paper towel or sponge to absorb the liquid before the liquid is dispersed, and cleaning agents containing bleaching chemicals (such as bleach) should NOT be used.
The area where the liquid is spilled should be wiped with cold water and natural soap after absorbing as much liquid as possible has been completed.
Wiping should be done with the help of a very soft and white cloth in the direction of the thread, so as not to disperse the stain; Circular wiping or scrubbing against the thread pattern should be avoided.
The cleaned area should not be used, sat on or stepped on until it is completely dry.
